You should have seen his face when I told him my white carpet was turning blue after he sprayed it. I was joking of course but the look on his face was worth it.

I don't know how you could improve the problem I have of getting the 'stroke' lines out of the dry carpet.
Many spots were missed on our carpets. We were happy with the service and the cleaning, but there was too much area missed. We have spoken with our technician and he is coming back to re-do those areas. If those areas were not missed, we would give you a 9, but for the price we paid, we expect it to be done right the first time.
It seemed as if one of the technicians was new, so perhaps that with a bit of rushing to get to next appt may have played a role.

Initially I was thrilled with how the carpets looked, but as they dried through the night we started to notice the dark traffic areas coming back and the black oil stain returning. When we woke the next morning I was so sad to see most of the stains back, not as bad as they were, but they are still visibly there. Our technician was so nice and had assured us that the stains wouldn't come back, that we would still get dirty carpets but that the stains he removed were gone. I was also unaware until my father came home that where he had parked his van had burned away the ground cover. We had to mow down all the ground cover at the front of the house so that it can regrow evenly. My brother was here the night the carpets were done and was pleased and was going to schedule his house done, but then came tonight and saw them and he said he is going to go with a different company.
My carpets look brand new after a Zerorez cleaning and I love that there are no soap or chemical residues. The associate who cleaned my carpets was professional and very helpful with my specific needs. Zerorez was the best decision I've ever made for my carpets.
I like that harsh chemicals are not used in the process and that there isn't a residue left. The process got out a couple of stains with the regular cleaning that I thought might require extra treatment. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The carpet looks great - thanks for a great job!
No chemicals or residue left in the carpet
We like that you do not use chemicals. The service was excellent, Charles West did an outstanding job on our carpet and we didn't think the spots would come out and the carpet looks 100% better.

It was my understanding that furniture would be moved to clean under. If I specifically pointed out things to be moved it was done, but no attempt to take the initiative to do it on his own. Over all I was a bit disappointed, maybe I expected too much. The general pathways were ok. Thank you.
Jarom, the technician, was extremly helpful, I like the technology of using alkaline water and no shampoo or other chemicals. Jarom was very thorough and made sure that the procedure was done correctly.
Most of all, everything was cleaned properly.

On 18 Aug 2011 ANTHONY did an outstanding job! I would rate Zerorez a 10, except for the years from 2006 to 2011 that we tried to get credit for the electrostatic filter that Zerorez recommended and we purchased--which didn't fit--and for which we did not receive a refund until Anthony checked our furnace on 8 Aug and took back the new-in-box filter for a 50% refund (authorized by Flora on 4 Aug). Your technicians do a very good job of cleanning our carpets. This is our 2nd time using ZeroRez and, from the results so far, we plan to use ZeroRez forever!
The technician was very professional and the carpet area cleaned came out great!
The operator put two large scratches on the wood floor next to the dining room that he cleaned. We call the company and a supervisor came by and took pictures of the scratches, but we have not heard back from the company yet.
The first time we had our carpet cleaned with your company it was very clean afterward, this time we had only the stairs cleaned but there are two big spots still there. Otherwise everything was fine.
I like the clean water and no soap on my carpet.
