They cleaned well and the carpet was soft when it dried.
With your company it is constantly a bait and switch game. You offer promotions but then you have no intention of letting the customer pay that price. Once the technician gets to the site, it is one upswell after another. Even the &
$25 coupon you offer for doing this survey can't be used at the next visit because it can't be combined with any other promotion and you are always running some sort of promotion so the whole thing is a cluster. The two times I've had zerorez to my house, I have felt your company is just there to see how much money you can get out of me.

It took over 24 hours for my carpets to completely dry. I had a fan on and the heat turned up, but they took forever to dry. That wouldn't be all bad except that the technician assured me 6-8 hour tops, "or I have done something g wrong."
I was very impressed with your service and very pleased with the results. My carpets and furniture looks so much better and I can feel how much cleaner my carpets are when I walk on the barefoot. Jerry did an excellent job!

I own several rental properties. I exclusively use ZeroRez for all my carpet cleaning. I have seen your product turn black carpet from dirt/grime into light tan again. Without the heavy chemicals my apartments smell nice when you are finished and it is amazing what has come out...even melted candle wax was removed from my carpets. I also love that the carpet is not really wet when you are done so I know everything is being pulled out of the carpet and not left in the pad to come up later. Your technicians are always curtious and do an excellent job.

Yes. I paid $50 extra a room for pee and vomit stays but smell is extremely strong and carpet is crunchy

The price changed which I figured it would like any carpet cleaning I have ever had done not sure how this works but my socks get dirty walking on the carpet I guess I was hoping for a different experience then what I normally get from carpet cleaners

We had you come to clean our carpets. Our main concern was the 3 in.ck spots in the rug from changing a computer printer cartridge. One came out fine, but the other two spots are really bad and can still be seen. We called first thing this morning to let you know and we were told that they would get right back to us to let us know what you would do.. We haven't heard from you yet. (8:00 PM)

I liked Manuel and the way he explained and the job, the carpet and what to expect. I also liked the fact that he was clean cut, worked the entire time he was here and did a thorough job. My carpets looked great and when he came back to fix one spot he was quick and it looked great when he was done. I also had my couch and tile done and I was extremely pleased with both of those jobs as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
