My carpet wasn't soaked afterword and it didn't go fuzzy like some carpet machines will do. Zerorez also cleaned our couch and took the time to check the cleaning instructions beforehand to make sure they used the proper cleaning method. It looks fabulous, and smells just like new. I also appreciated the online scheduling and the follow up phone calls to confirm the appointment. Well done!

I have listened for years from Grant, Amanda and Doug Wright on KSL about how Zerorez was the best thing for carpets. I felt the claims made were true because they just made sense. I had some pretty bad stains in my carpets and felt like they would never come clean. I decided to give it a try because for the great price I didn't think I had anything to lose. Your technician feared that the carpets might not come clean as well but gave it his best shot. I was very happy to see that the carpets came very clean and I wished I had not waited for so long to get my carpets cleaned. I actually tore out and threw away some other carpet and now I wish I had not done so. Had I just had the faith to try your service years ago I could have saved myself a grundle of money. I will be using your service in my 2008 Ford Taurus and other services as needed. I am certainly a new life long customer.

I could see the dirt coming off the carpet! It was truly amazing. Daniel was great, not pushy, he just talked to us and let us know what he could do. He even went back over several areas that I asked him to and he didn't complain. He is a great employee.

Our carpet is always cleaner than with any other carpet cleaner

I was very happy that the products didn't have any chemical and fumes. The carpet felt like it did when I first bought it. The young man was very friendly and helpful.

My carpets seemed to be dry much quicker than other methods, there was no funny "after smell" that you get with so many other companies. The others try to mask it with all their deodorizers and such but it just smells funky. My husband came home to say "wow the house doesn't smell." That is the biggest thing we noticed. The carpets always look clean afterwards, no matter who does it, but the carpet felt softer and still looked amazingly clean with the zerorez method. I am interested to see if an old spot (that always returns fairly quickly after the carpets are cleaned) comes back, or if your amazing water took it up for good...thats the last and one of the most important to me because once a spot comes back it just dosen't look or feel clean anymore. Here is hoping!!! But great job Zerorez you have a new customer in me.

The carpet looks clean even after a few days have past. Most other carpet cleaners I have had, the carpet looks dirty after a few hours.

The young man that came to our house was wonderful and I feel bad I didn't catch his name. He was polite and professional and did an excellent job. My carpets look great. This was my first time using Zerorez (thanks to the $59 special), and I will be paying attention to see how long it takes for old stains to show up, or if they do. Hopefully we can make our carpet last a little longer.

My micro fiber sofa and loveseat look almost new. Would highly recommend David Palacio's work to anyone. He is a hard worker.

Spot cleaning was not satisfactory around air returns. We still have dark carpet in those areas. ;-(

I loved how quick the service was, and how nice and soft our carpet was when it had dryed. I was a little disappointed in the cost. I ended up having the "treatment" done because we have 2 dogs. It ended up moving my original cost of $105. to $245. that was a lot of money! Wish I felt it had been a little more fair.

I've had other carpet cleaners try to remove dirt from high traffic areas and none have been able to. Zerorez did a beautiful job, my carpets look new, and they were professional and polite. Thanks for great looking carpet and a great experience.

Well, some of the spots were gone intially, but have since come back into view. What can I do?

Your tech was awesome and let my 5 yr old and 3 yr old sons follow him around and help. Also the carpet was so clean after, I will definitely use you guys again.

Stick to the schedule...people take time off work, reschedule appointments, etc to be here when you say you will be here. Don't change at the last minute. Also, the cleaners should be given enough time to finish the job or have it scheduled over more than one day. By the time the guys finished here, the last 3 hours of work was very poor and in fact, I have called to have them come back.

I have also asked for a copy of all the guarentees that I have been told are there for the carpet, the tile, and the granite. Could I possible get a copy of those??
