I had an appointment the day after I originally called. The time involved for cleaning wasn't long at all. Jarom was very personable and explained each step he took. The cost was especially reasonable, and I am very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. I didn't think the carpet could ever look so clean.
Past the carpet being the cleanest it has ever been, our service technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, and worked.
I have always been pleased with the results and the service. This year I appreciated the personal call (as a return customer) to let me know about the current special. I also had (Chris) add a couple of jobs while he was there (sofa and area rug) and he was very accomodating and did an amazing job. Zerorez has always been very accomodating, professional and efficient and my carpets always look great after the job is done. I also appreciate the knowledge and expertise that is readily available to the customer while the job is being completed.
