We had two red punch stains, that are now gone! However, we used your service about 6 months ago. One of the red stains was there. We paid for a special treatment, but the red stain remained. This time we again paid for treatment of the old red stain and a new red stain, both stains are now gone. We are curious to why the first treatment did not work? The service was provided quickly and efficiently. I could tell by how the workers worked and spoke that providing quality work was important to them.
Very professional. We remodeled our home and hadn't covered the carpet when we first started. The removed almost every stain - including paint!
How my carpets looked when the cleaning was completed. The stains were gone. You technition was friendly, competent and hard working.

I like the purified water Zerorez uses. Their system really gets the dirt out of my carpet--and I've tried other carpet cleaners that haven't worked--so I know their system works for me.
The technician came in the time frame I was given when I scheduled. It only took him about 20 minutes to clean the stairs and hallway. I did not inspect the carpets until he was gone. When I walked across them they were soaking wet. I immediately called and they had another tech here in about and hour and a half and he cleaned up the excess water from my carpets. If don't know if the tech that cleaned my carpets was new or was just in a hurry but hopefully this won't happen again. Thank you for taking care of the situation so quickly.

Our carpets looked great after they are cleaned and smell clean also. Our technician Isaias Melchor was very nice and worked hard to make our carpets look great.
The service was good. The person who came, David, was professional and polite. I had an issue with the cost and the time involved.
I had planned on doing some cleaning in my heavily trafficed areas. Those areas were clean but it seemed very unreasonable to more than double the price to include pet treatment. I would have liked to use the pet treatment in all areas, but the additional price was extreme. In addition I had moved all of the heavy furniture out of the way or outside to allow him the best access and speed. I measured the area to be cleaned after he left and found that it measured out to exactly 654 sq ft. That was determined by his eyeballing the area to be 5 areas and so instead of the initial idea of $69 plus what I would assume would be some additional charge, I did not anticipate the extra 25% of the area would more than double the price. So a estimated cost of around $110-$120 ended up with pet treatment to $240. $70 advertised price to $240 with extras and add on is more than unreasonable. That is more like bait and switch.
Additionally, It has now been 48 hours since the service and my carpets are not yet dry. I have had ChemDry come in on a few occasions and never had this length of dry time. I was told it would take 6-8 hours to dry. So now I have guest coming to my home the house still has a bit of a musty smell from the carpet drying. I like having the carpet clean but I am not at all satisfied with the price or the current smell and wet carpet.
I am unsure on how you could remedy this problem. If you were to refund my money or larger portion I would feel compensated. Or if you were to offer me a redo at a later date I would be agreeable to that.
It should have been more clear upfront the costs and there should have been a more accurate measurement of the areas to be service.
At this time I would not recommend nor your use your service again.

Cleaning of carpet and chair was excellent! Man who did the work was very professional. It would have helped if I had known the costs of cleaning chairs and rugs before hand. But I am happy that I had them cleaned.

Carpets were clean and didn't take long to dry. They took care that the corners of walls and furniture did not get scraped by the hose.
i sent an email to your company regarding this matter already and have received no reply. The technicians were very professional, very nice, and explained everything very well. We were impressed when they put on their booties, and put up the doorway protectors. Then they went thru the upstairs took all the vents off the ceiling, cleaned, screwed them back in all closed. Then they went thru the main level, moved all the furniture and rugs to get at the vents, cleaned them and put them back closed. Then they left. So i had to go thru and take all the upstairs vents (10 of them) off, to open them, then screw them all back in, then go thru all the downstairs vents (10 of them), reopen them, and put all the furniture and rugs back where they were. Then i had to go thru and vacuum up all the crap that came from screwing and unscrewing the upstairs vents. And pick up the larger debris that they manually removed from the main level vents and left on the floor.

The pet spots in the hall were still there after the carpet dried. The rest of the house look very good.
They did a great job! A little over priced and I didn't like that they kept trying to sell additional things: stain guard, tile and countertop cleaning. Those were way over priced. But very satisfied with my carpets.
My carpet looks brand new! The service was great, Isaha was on time and so friendly. I will never have my carpet cleaned in any other way and will highly recommend Zerorez to all of my family and friends.
prices that are quoted over the phone were no where near the final price once the job was done
I thought the stains in my carpet would come out better.... it might just be the carpet. I'll have to try another company to see what they can do. The technician who came was very polite, friendly and professional.
The carpet was damp for 24 hours. It could have been the protector spray was a little heavier in some areas. The carpet was very clean though and they were very courteous
I have liked the service in the past. I have used you for about the last 5-6 years.

The price was outrageous for the amount of cleaning that was done. $90 for one room. Also the Tech that did the cleaning ask us if we wanted the room sprayed with anti-bacterial spray which we agreed to. But, he failed to mention that there would be an extra $30 charge added to our bill and when I was given the total at the end of the service I was shocked to here the price was $30 higher than I had been quoted on the phone. Also, when the tech was asked before he began the job if he could bill our main office for the service he looked up our main office information and made and said that he could. At the end of the service he informed me that he was not set up for billing and was unable to so I had to write him a check for the services. This is what we wanted to avoid doing, which is why we asked him prior to him beginning his work.
