The carpet looks like new

I did not know what time you were coming. I asked to be contacted by email. I sent an email yesterday at about the same time you arrived. It was a huge inconvience as people were leaving to work. Also I was under the impression that I paid for four room or 800 sq. ft. Is that correct or not? I planned on have our stone floor cleaned but I had already left for work and did not have time to make other arrangements.

Customer service on phone, flexibility and I called on Saturday, Zerorez was there on Monday p.m. as I desired. 2 other companies I had called prior were not able to fit me in.

I like that your technicians are very professional, efficient, courteous, clean, and honest. They also don't pressure you into having other services performed in your home that Zerorez offers. My technicians have always been able to get the tough stains out of the carpet that I have concerns about. My carpets always look like new after they have cleaned them. Thanks Zerorez!

I'd like to know about the carpet protection and extra charge for tough stains before you come out to my house. I was prepared to pay the special price ($79) plus tax and ended up paying around $190 for the carpet protection and the extra charge for tough stains.

Rick was an excellent technician. He was clean, through and pleasant. My carpet never looked better. There are 3 spots that just would not come out, but other than that it looks great.

The price! and this is the cleanest my carpets have been since we moved in. No chemicals or chemical smell so I can feel confident as my grandkids roll around on the carpet!

No soap residue in the process.

I most enjoy the cleanliness of the process that results in virtually no residue after the carpet is cleaned. This also allows for the quickest drying time of any other service that I have used in the past. Finally, the personnel are first-rate, always concerned about the customer's satisfaction on the job performed. I have never seen my 24-year-old couch come cleaner than when "Eddy" gave it his and Zerorez's treatment. Guests who came over a few days later remarked that it looked new!

My carpet actually feels fluffy again. I just want to walk barefoot on it. I love it

It was on time, quick, and very professional. The price was even better than what we had been quoted. We had some problem pet odors and stains, and as far as I can tell, they have been taken care of.

On time, done quickly and professionally.

I was grateful that Clementi plesantly re-did spots that I had hoped would look better on my carpet. There were three, two in front of chairs and one in front of couch in the rec/family room that did look much better! Before Clementi came the second time, a friend reminded me that my house is darker than most and that I should pull all the blinds up and turn all lights availabe to get more light on the carpet. The spots where my dog had thrown up--and had already had a failed attempt by me to get them up--still are obvious but do look better than they did when I first called Zerorez to come clean my carpet.

Clementi worked hard to please me both times he was in my home. In my next life I will be more selective in choice of colors for my carpet.

Very professional and treats our home as if it were his own.

The cleaners who came, Chris Feltor and his trainee, did a fabulous and an over-the-top job to get out red stain on my dining room carpets! I appreciate his attention to detail and his willing reply of how he could remove the stain when he could have withheld information as other carpet cleaners have done in the past! I think you should give him extra props and a raise for the extra effort he took to making my dining room look like new! I will only call Zerorez to clean my carpets in the future! The results are amazing!

It was fast and not as wet of carpet after it was done.

You did a great job. The carpet looks wonderful. I am concerned now though. The representative was supposed to come back on Friday to do another pet treatment (that I paid extra for). After the carpet was cleaned, it now shows yellow against the wall and smells 5 times worse than it did before it was cleaned. I will be extremely unhappy if someone does not come and re-treat or fix this problem. I didn't pay extra for the problem to get worse. Other than that, I am pleased.
