Tech was very courteous and worked very hard to get the carpets clean.
First of all the attendant was very courteous, capable and friendly.

They deffinetly look better than they have In 18 years! You even somehow managed to almost completely extract the purple marker smiley face out of my living room carpet. It was amazing! I have already spread my good word of mouth to everyone that I know and will not be shopping there! Excellent job my fellow American carpet cleaners! I will not ever have another carpet cleaning co. I don't know exactly what Porter used to clean my carpet but he got a stain out that had been there for months and which another professional carpet cleaner with a truck mount couldn't remove.
Edges of room by kitchen and minor traffic areas were still not clean. I cleaned carpets years ago and I was sad to see $170 did not get my few rooms clean. Probably not using this system again if it can only clean part of the fibers. Still have not put furniture back as I may clean it myself again. Unsatisfied homeowner...stairs and landing were $85 of the bill and I wished they looked better and a few light stains are still there. Kinda bummed!

the process is very clean
I had four red spots that were impossible to get out on my own. They were able to use a special oxidizing machine that removed the spots.
I love how the carpets not only look clean, but they feel clean.

I was told that they would be there between 3-6 and about 2 min before he tech arrives I would get a call. At 5;45 I called to see where the tech was. I think I should have got a call letting me know they were behind schedule!

I like the fact that you do not use a lot of soap as a cleaner. As your ads sometimes say the soap just adds a tacky feeling to the carpet and seems to get dirty faster.( soil seems to stick to the carpet). The technician was fast and thorough. Sorry...your guys were nice, but my carpets were still matted down after they dried (except for one room), and there is a stain on one that I didn't even know was there until after they'd gone. There were stains on one carpet that they cleaned on their first visit, which they explained they couldn't get out.
I had them come back a few weeks later and had them do one room over again...it's still matted.
Some other company cleaned my living room carpet back in October, I believe. That carpet looks much better than any of those cleaned by your guys. I am disappointed.
They do a great job and I like that it dries fairly quickly and looks amazing! The techs have always been really great people too. I would recommend Zerorez to any of my friends or family and have used them both at my home and in my office.
