I like the professionalism. I think you do a good job.
The technician was wonderful---friendly, hardworking, efficient. The product got a stain out of my carpet that two other companies could not remove.

THE TECHNISION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. I WAS AFRAID THE ASH FROM THE FIRE WOULD OUT HERE IN SARATOGA WOULD DIRTY THE CARPET RIGHT BACK UP BUT THE PROTECTANT HE PUT ON THEM SEEMS TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB OF KEEPING THEM CLEAN.

Good cleaning
Your products actually clean my carpets and never leave residue, etc. This is ouor 2nd time to have our carpets cleaned. You cleaned our stairs which look great! Also, our carpet cleaner, Will, was so outstanding. He went the extra mile to help us and make sure we were happy. We will always use your services and I have also recommended you to everyone I see! Main concern was our family room which wasn't that dirty but we have seen better results from steam cleaners. I am confident the spots would look better had we gone with another cleaner.

I thought the carpet looked good when it was done but after a while it still looked dirty.
At first it looked like he did a good job cleaning the carpets, but once he left and on closer inspection they really weren't that deeply cleaned. There were a couple of spots that were a little "crusty" from some spilled milk a couple of days before and after he cleaned them, they were still crusty. I keep my house pretty clean and I just felt that the job fell short of a "deep" clean. He finished almost my whole house in under an hour, which was quick, but I'd rather a longer more thorough job.

I have already recommended Zerorez to a few of my neighbors. I was really happy with the results. I had a high traffic area in my bedroom and they actually got it cleaner than I expected they would. So, in other words, we will be using Zerorez again.
