I forgot to ask but just tell us about how long it will take to dry and maybe give some tips to keep it cleaner longer.

I feel that our carpets and tile are really clean and with no residue they won't be attracting dirt. They dried quickly and we feel great about the carpet cleaning pricing. The tile cleaning and sealing was extraordinarily expensive and I won't do it again, but I will use Zerorez for carpet cleaning every time.

Technician (Jerry) was very knowledgable and took his time to make sure everything was
completed right. He was respectful and courteous and made sure my home was protected from the cleaning hoses and cords.

Overall, the technician did a good job. However, there were a couple of stubborn stains in my front room that faintly appeared as the carpet dried. That was a disappointment, but the lotion blotches that were on my daughter's bedroom floor were completely gone. I used Zerorez before and will likely use them again.

It was annoying that the technician didnt know the prices of services without calling in. Also he broke the vent flaps on the outside of my house while trying to clean my dryer vent.

Honestly, Gaylord Karren has been the best neighbor a person could ask for...if I am going to give my business to a carpet cleaning company, I'd prefer to support the Karren family.

I had Zerorez come, because I know often when you have carpet cleaning companies come out that the price that they quote is far from the actual price that you pay. I had been told by friends and family that Zerorez was different, unfortunetly that was not the case. I was charged almost 30% more than the bid. One of the charges I could see was justified the others were a surprise to me, and so I payed 20% more than the bid and did not get one of the rooms cleaned that had been included in the bid. Since nobody likes to pay more than they have budgetted for something & have been told it would cost, I am afraid that I would be hesitant to recommend zerorez.

The work was done quickly and effectively and Isaias was obviously knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He was very friendly and easy to work with, and the carpets looked great when he finished.

dependability, you come when you say you will. I know if something is not right you will fix it without problems. The staff is competent, hard working and reliable.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez. The employee was very nice and efficient. I had several stains, which are all gone and so far have not come back.

The fact that you use a method that doesn't leave a soap residue. Your staff is very friendly and courteous.

The cleaning technician who cleaned our four kitchen chairs cleaned the top of the seats very well, but he neglected to clean the sides of the seats. Also, the cleaning technician did not do a great job on the thresholds of our bedroom and hall closet; they still look dirty. Overall, our carpets look very clean, and we were pleased with how fast they dried. One more thing: we do not like the manner in which we felt we found ourselves negotiating with the technicians for added services. The additional price for "protection" which was haphazardly sprayed on our carpet is too much.
