The techs who came to work in our home, namely the manager was extremely informative. He explained stains and resolutions to them. He also walked through our entire home asking questions and answering ours. He showed Zerorez water opposed to competitors water. Most of our stains were removed. There are a few remaining and seem like with extra visits they would come out. The amount of time they spent in our home was well worth it and was twice as long as a previous carpet cleaning business who came only 10 months ago leaving us with worse looking carpet than when they came. Zerorez has by far been the best carpet cleaning job we have ever had! We are thrilled to finally have found a company and product that really cleans without leaving a soap residue! Thanks Zerorez!
No chemical residue. I love the fact that nothing was brought into my home that was not already there. I have 2 dogs and it is important to me that they as well as myself are not exposed to harsh chemicals. Thank you for your great service.

The treated water, environmentally safe cleaning agents and the friendly, courteous people you employ. Sadly this last cleaning did not get rid of the pet odors that are in the carpets; I believe that I am going to have to replace the carpeting, not your fault.

My carpets speak for themselves. They look soooo clean. Last time I cleaned my carpets the technition had to use my bathtub to get water and empty the dirty water while he was cleaning my carpets. That was not the case with Zerorez. Zerorez was soooo efficient, no mess for me,and my carpets look great!!!

My carpets stay clean for a long time after treatment! The technicians who come are polite and take the time to assess the needs of the areas being cleaned. They have informed me of any concerns with particular stains or carpet wear.
My VERY dirty Carpet now looks like it will last a few more years. The dark rust stain is gone. It smells good and looks fluffy.

On time for the appt, called in advance to remind, professionally dressed technician with a labeled and nice van, very well mannered and spoken technician who was courteous in explaining our needs and options. After presenting what he was going to do, he was informative on additional services, but not pushy beyond leaving his card and saying "of you want these other services, please feel free to call me". I loved that!
