I like your service quite a bit. The only recommendation I have is that it would be much better if you could give people a 4 hour time window, either morning or afternoon. When I have to take an entire day off work and your technician doesn't show up until 2 or 3, I have basically lost a day of work and a day of pay.

Clint was prompt on giving us a quote. We were under a deadline to get our extra office cleaned. He made sure we were taken care of with time to spare. The cost was way below competitors. Porter was curtious and went the extra mile to make sure our carpet was cleaned and treated for mildew. They all even helped another secretary with a personal need for rugs to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Zerorez! Thank you for making my job easier.

Offering to put things up on foam blocks. Each time I have had to ask them to put blocks under my table and couch. Stanley steamer will move furniture, put it on blocks and clean under it. Other than that it was great!

The floor stayed clean, no residue.

I like the fact that there is no soap being put into my carpet. In the long run the carpet stayes cleaner because there is no residue attracting dirt. Additionally, I like the lasting clean smell of the carpet. I also have peace of mind that my grand children are rolling around on very clean carpet that is not a magnet for germs.

We had some carpet that house trained several puppies. The option to clean both the top and bottom of the carpet as well as replace the pad was terrific.

A few spots were missed also they did not tell me how to prep my floors for the best cleaning

On time, carpets look wonderful, no leftover residue. This last service, however, left my carpets much wetter than usual. Don't know what the difference was.

Not totally satisfied with the granite seal.
There seems to always be a film on it when I use the recommended cleaner I bought from our service rep. I feel it cost a lot of money and unfortunately I'm not real pleased.

How clean everything gets and how quickly things dry

My carpets were much cleaner than they were when I used another company. I was impressed and I felt the price was competative.

Zerorez came recommended by a friend and we were equally pleased with the service. Our wool carpet is at least 25 years old (we think) and they did a wonderful job getting out some stains I thought would be there forever. Pleasant employees; good service.
