You do just about everything. I love that my carpets have no residue, and your technicians are quick, thorough, and efficient. They let you know what they offer with no pressure to buy.
1. My carpet is cleaner than it has been in years. I had one carpet company tell me it was too old and dirty to ever come clean. It now looks and feels new. And everything smells fresh and clean. 2.I forgot and walked on my carpet when it was still wet. I did not stick to the Last name removed floor when I walked on it after walking on the wet carpet. 3.My technician took the time to address all my concerns. He wasn't trying to see how many jobs he could get done in one day. My technician was cleancut, friendly, and worked hard. He went out of his way to insure that no damage was done to my paint, furniture etc. His name is Trevor and I recommend him highly.
I had a really strong pet odor that was 100% taken care of. I walked down to my basement the evening that my carpets were cleaned and I was so happy! No more pet odor smell! It was like my basement was brand new again! The zerorez associate was on time. He took care of my concerns!

I like the concept - zero residue, no shampoos. Our carpets looked great, and I felt like it was the right company to have clean our carpets due to what Zerorez says about how they clean carpets ("the right way to clean"). The technician was very knowledgable about the product, and about what makes them different.
No soap means that there is nothing left in the carpet which means that they stay clean longer because there is nothing for the dirt to cling to. It costs a little bit more than an average carpet cleaning but it lasts longer so I think it's worth it!
I am soooo impressed by how clean my carpets got. I have had 3 other services clean them and the last one, Stanley Steemer, could not get my stains out upstairs in my bedroom. My technician said he could and he did and what's even nicer is they have stayed out. I also think they feel plumper and not as crushed down. I heard the promo ad on the Doug Wright radio show and thought, "Well, I've tried chem dry, the soap process, and even my own rented cleaning, but nothing has worked. So, what have I got to lose?" Like I said, I am VERY satisfied and will definitely tell my friends about your company. Thank you!

the technician knows his stuff....cares about your home. He doesn't act offended when you decline extra services. He's not pushy. The wear/stress areas on my carpets look fantastic.
No residue. Professional, friendly technicians. Quick process. Even though extra tough/old stains aren't 'guaranteed' - they come out; our technician mentioned it is most likely due to us always/only using Zerorez.

The technician was super friendly. After a tile cleaning demo, he gladly helped me move some furniture so he could clean all my tile. He was very thorough and the carpet the tile looked great! In face, the tile was shining and so clean we could have eaten on it.
I was able to schedule quickly, which was important since I was hosting a party that week. The cleaning was very thorough and dried quite quickly. Nice carpet cleaning technician. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
I was mostly happy with the technician and the service overall; however, there is a section of my carpet and a few spots that didn't end up looking very clean. I also felt it was a little pricey and for $400 I expected my carpets to look great and there were some areas I just wasn't too pleased with. I have a "spot bot" bissel carpet cleaning machine that is great for cleaning small spots. I used that machine in the middle of an area that seems to attracked more dirt then other areas and even after the carpet cleaning my small machine seemed to get the carpet cleaner. I don't know if it was missed or not noted as a higher traffic area, but it still looks "dingy" to me. My carpet was only installed in about September of last year and I put a piece of extra carpeting on top of the area that still looks dirty to me and there was a very notable difference in color. I am not one to complain so I have not called in to have someone come back but it would be nice to have that area cleaned again.
The services focus on exactly what you need and aren't just one general treatment for everyone.
No chemicals. I like that the steam kills any germs and doesn't leave a filmy, soapy residue on the carpet to attract dirt later.
The tech was very informative. I really felt like what he was recommending was for my benefit and not just to make money. My carpet look great, I am very please with the service and will continue to use Zerorez.
After zerorez completed cleaning my carpet, it look better than it has in years. I also like the fact that it wasn't too wet. It was totally dry in a day even though the weather was gloomy and cold. Your technician was extremely professional and knowledgable.

The technician was later than the estimated late arrival. He was polite enough but seemed to hurry through the job because he was running behind. Toward the end of my carpet cleaning, the technician convinced me that I should add an $80 ScotchGuard treatment. I paid him, and then my husband and I both had to leave for separate obligations, leaving him to finish cleaning and then treat the carpet. When my husband got down the road, he realized he'd forgotten something and turned around. He arrived home within ten minutes of leaving, and the technician was gone. I was concerned about a possible pet odor from a previous tenant's cats, but the tech said he couldn't detect it. The smell is worse since having the carpets cleaned. I like the technology you use, but the service was disappointing, and I feel that the $80 ScotchGuard treatment is a rip-off.
