Love the concept of zerorez and they do a great job cleaning. I do feel a lot of pressure from the technicians about the pricing, but it is not very clear and it is hard not to know how much I will have to pay until they come.

The job at my home was very good. However, you charged My Mother way too much. I will be calling you about this as I would not recommend you with that sort of unwarranted charge on her behalf. However, I am pleased with the job at my own home.

Very expensive. I am hoping the cost will be worthwhile, but I was shocked when my bill came to $510.00 dollars. When I made the appointment, the CSR didn't tell me that rooms over 200 sq. feet count as 2 areas. I had rearranged my entire day to get the service and didn't find out about the 200 sq. feet stipulation until the technician arrived. On the other hand, the technician was very friendly and helpful.

Too high pressure to on upgrading/adding services.

We have a spot on our carpet that wasn't there prior to the cleaning. It is now a large dark spot. I am not sure if the cleaners accidentally spilled something there or if there was some other issue that happened during the cleaning. Everywhere else cleaned very nicely, but that spot is now rather ugly compared to the rest of the carpet. The spot is about 2 feet by 3 feet in size, so its unclear how it happened.

I gave my best contact phone number when booking this appointment. I did not receive a call on that number but on my work number instead - which I did not receive until two days later. The scheduler called to let me know the technician would be late but, like I said, I didn't get that message until the following Monday when I went to work. I waited 3 hours and missed my son's soccer game as a result. The staff did ask me for the best number to reach me but they used a number that I gave 6 months earlier.

Very surprised to know that Eddie was not trained nor provided with any type of drop cloth for cleaning ceiling vents over beds. I asked him and he said he normally asks clients for a trash bag. I provided him with a white sheet to use but it does not appear that he used the sheet as beds are covered with dust and paint chips from the ceiling vents. Had to spend the entire evening cleaning up after the mess washing linens. Same on floor vents in areas like my hard wood floor office or vents over tile. He did not clean up after himself. In my opinion I should not have to spend hours cleaning up after $811. Basement carpet was not worked on very hard and I had to go back with carpet cleaner spray and spot clean by hand. Very irritating as I had guests coming in the next day from Canada so had to spot clean the 2 room basement myself. Had three gum marks. My regular carpet cleaner takes the time with a special solution to remove the occasional gum mark from the kids. Eddie cleaned some of the vent registers and return covers and some he didn't. I would think this would be standard procedure? Overall I would say a very "below-average" job.

This is the first time I have used Zero Rez, and I was so impressed on how well my carpets come out. I have reallly light carpets and the guy showed me the "before and after" and I could not believe what a difference it was. He was able to get up any blemishes I had.

It felt like the employees make commision by upselling additional services. Prices seemed high and I didn't like the $30 charge for spots that didn't come out on the 1st sweep. If it takes a little extra effort to clean a spot, isn't that what I'm paying for? A service to clean my carpet? I like the concept of zerorez, but I feel like I can never know how much the service will cost me, and that's frustrating as a customer.

I was very pleased but we had a couple of throw rugs down and under them it was quit clean and you couldn't get the rest of the carpet to look like those areas but all in all it looked great and was impressed that you brought the nap up. Thanks First name removed and Gayle Last name removed

We have 2 dogs. It was nice to not have to worry about the chemicals used for getting our carpet cleaned - which we need to do on a regular basis - because like I said - we have 2 dogs.

They work hard, are courteous and careful with your home. I had air ducts cleaned, what an eye opener to see what was in those vents.

Your technician did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove stains we doubted he would be able to, and our carpets look as good as new.
