The Tech. was too much in a hurry and did not explain what made Zerorez different than other carpet cleaning companines. We had several spots on the carpet that did not go away after the cleaning.

I was impressed at what you were able to get up. The only problem I had was that we had a really dirty spot and the tech worked to get it clean but the next day it was just sticky and my carpets don't feel very soft.

Every room looks, feels, and smells clean. All of the spots are gone and they don't return like with other treatments. The technicians are well informed about the process and offer suggestions and recommendations that are very helpful. When you make an appointment it is done in a timely fashion. I will always use Zerorez for my home, our rental, and my father-in-law's home as well.

I was pleased that my satisfaction was a concern, however, I was disappointed that it took 2 return trips to fix the problems from the initial carpet cleaning, as moving my living room furniture is a real hassle.

The appointment was for 8-11 am. The rep. showed up at 1:30 pm. He told us it would take about 4 to 6 hours to dry. The floors were sopping! It took all night for the stairs and longer for the closets. He was there less than 30 minutes. We are seriously doubting the quality of the work.

Fast process. Techs were very business-like. The process seemed to be less water intensive, and the results were wonderful. All the spots and soiled areas were completely cleaned. My carpet looked like new. Fast drying, too.

Make sure that when doing the bid that all areas are covered so that the bid is what ends up being charged.

I was disappointed that one of the rooms I had cleaned had streaks when it was done. It was like there was no overlapping in the tool that was used to clean the carpet so it looked like dark lines every 8 or 10 inches throughout the room. The other rooms were fine but they weren't very dirty to begin with. Also my stairs took a much longer time to dry than the rest of my house. I don't know if that is normal or if there was an excess of water left.
