Unfortunately a lot of my carpet stains were still visible even after the cleaning. I knew the spilled paint wouldn’t come out 🙄 but I was really hoping the other dirt and pet stains would come out. Also, my carpet was pretty soaked and didn’t dry until the next day and then there were some stiff spots. Based on other reviews that was one of the best compliments about your company, fast drying and no stiffness from chemicals, which is the main reason I decided to go with your company. The service was definitely better than other companies I’ve used. I just had higher expectations based on all the positive feedback I read. Maybe my carpets are just too far gone to look better even after a professional cleaning.

I like everything except the additional charge for where i live. There are other companies that are closer and don't charge me the extra amount.
The young man that came was very knowledgeable and explained the 3 steps he would be using
and how they help. He told us not to wear shoes across the floor until it was dry. He told us the tips for restoring the furniture to their places. We appreciated very much his tips and we did them.

We appericate the clean carpets and couches. Thanks. We realize that zerorez is mostly to expensive for many of our friends,especially to clean all the carpets as we decided to do,
Ben and Drew were respectful, thoroughly cleaned sofa to satisfaction, wiped up spills after cleaning, and wore shoe covers. Ben stressed contact him if any questions or concerns. Next door neighbors have already asked about your services; I highly recommended Zerorez, and Ben and Drew.
They came on time, they wore masks and shoe coverings, they explained what they were going to do, they were very pleasant. They did a great job, and there was no remaining odor or chemicals. I didn't have to worry about grandkids playing on the carpets after they were dry. I've had your company come to clean carpets several times in the past. They are consistently very good at their job. I will always use Zerorez - even though my bill ended up being twice what they had estimated because the pet damage to the carpet was much more extensive than they thought. They asked me first if that was OK and I told them to go ahead and do the extra cleaning and I would pay the price for it.
