Our technician was great. He came explained everything as he went along, and when we had issues (minor) on a very soiled spot, he came back to fix it.
I have had great experiences with the employees. They know how to get my carpet clean and what they can do to make it look great and keep it looking great. They offer what will help my carpet and have never pressured me into anything. They recommend changes to what I ask for to give me what will be the best for my carpets.

It would be great if you could provide information about the carpet protectants you sell prior to the technician showing up to take care of the carpet. I was caught off guard and didn't have time to do the research to determine if I wanted him to apply the protectant.
