carpet cleaning.

We have used Zerorez for years and have raved about your services and the results to many friends and family and they have in turn used your services at our suggestion. However, the last time we spent more money ($743!) than we ever had and we were extremely disappointed with the results. I'm not sure if it's because we weren't living in the home at the time and the tech didn't feel like he needed to worry so much, but I'm not even sure if he even cleaned some of the areas we asked him too. The grout was still very fithly and dark and I have seen it go from dark to back to white with previous cleanings. That was not the case here. We had someone come back and clean two areas and it looked much better, but I wish we would have had the entire job redone because I am still finding places that don't look clean. Overall we were thoroughly disappointed with the results and felt like we spent a lot of money and got nothing for it.

Technition was great. I liked the water temperature and suction power.

Thorough explanation of process. Finished product is excellent. Carpet has never looked better except for when it was newly installed. Would recommend to anyone. Price is worth it.

Didn't clean any spots. I called after the cleaner left and he said, the spots are extra. Wondering why I paid a fortune to not have it thoroughly cleaned? I wasn't even given the option at the time of cleaning to have spots removed. Very disappointed.

If I make the appointment online and answer the questions about how many rooms and all that please use that information! I did appreciate the serviceman calling for confirmation though. The reminder call was a little rushed, especially since I needed to give her more info about how to get into the house as a neighbor would be letting them in for me.

The technician did a great job of cleaning our tile, grout and carpet. He was very friendly and worked hard.

I liked that the cleaning didn't leave any soap behind. It dry fairly fast.

I like that it was soap/residue free. I am very health conscious and have avoided having the carpets cleaned because I didn't want any chemicals left behind.

I was so impressed with the difference from my DIRTY sofa and carpets to the clean (especially since he took time to show me the difference while he was still working on it), and loved that the more I ordered to have done, the more I was offered at no charge, or discounted! I am very happy with the service I received!

I love how my carpets turned out. The tech was very professional and polite. Everything with the carpet cleaning turned out wonderful. I felt somewhat pushed with the upsell on the filters etc. While I was interested, and asked questions, I really wanted to take the information and discuss it with my husband who was out of town. I felt quite pushed into signing up for everything "now" and then cancelling it on Monday if we didn't want to do it.....something about the way he got paid. That alone bothered me, because we run our own business, and I would have had a fit if one of our employees had said that to a customer. I could have been more forcefull in saying no, we would think about it, but he caught me on an off day, and I was somewhat interested. We may even want to purchase them later.....but I'm really capable of making that decision without sales pressure. In that he was willing to write off the entire price of the carpet cleaning in order to get me to sign up for the three items, it made me wonder really what the emphasis is...the carpets, or the filters? It made me wonder if the no chemical thing was for real in that the commissioned filters seemed more important to him that the carpet cleaning was. So far, I do love how the carpets look, the price was right, and I will call again this fall for cleaning.....but I will make it clear that the tech can leave information, but I do not want to be pushed into purchasing anything that has nothing to do with my carpets while he is here. I would, and have, recommmended your company since....but I feel I have to give them a warning about the filter sales end so they know what is coming at them!

I like that you dont use any chemicals,its all natural. My carpets dried up pretty fast too which is good because i have 4 little ones!!

The technician did an excellent job. My carpets had not been cleaned for a long time. I know it was a lot of work. He took the time to do the job right. In addition, he explained other services which he felt I could use. I will use Zerorez in the future for carpet cleaning as well as some of the other services. Thanks!

When I was called about the appt. I was asked If I wanted to change my Time to 8:00 AM.
I know times are usually an approximate, but If I'm the first customer, I would think that would be the start time not 9:00.
Also, this was a KSL special and the Tech was given any Info. to the special or anything.

I would like to have been given a demonstration or onsite explanation of your procedure or chemicals used. I also would like to have been shown about vent cleaning specifically for our home. I also am waiting to see the lasting effects of the cleaning and if it is any different from other cleaning procedures.

The carpet was pretty wet until morning. It looks great. The technision was really nice.
