The appointment was for 8-11 am. The rep. showed up at 1:30 pm. He told us it would take about 4 to 6 hours to dry. The floors were sopping! It took all night for the stairs and longer for the closets. He was there less than 30 minutes. We are seriously doubting the quality of the work.

Fast, friendly service people. I had a problem with a spot that was not removed, and the service person came back and removed it. It was a great experience.

Fast process. Techs were very business-like. The process seemed to be less water intensive, and the results were wonderful. All the spots and soiled areas were completely cleaned. My carpet looked like new. Fast drying, too.

Make sure that when doing the bid that all areas are covered so that the bid is what ends up being charged.

I was disappointed that one of the rooms I had cleaned had streaks when it was done. It was like there was no overlapping in the tool that was used to clean the carpet so it looked like dark lines every 8 or 10 inches throughout the room. The other rooms were fine but they weren't very dirty to begin with. Also my stairs took a much longer time to dry than the rest of my house. I don't know if that is normal or if there was an excess of water left.

TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS

I felt one area could have been cleaned a little better. I had pointed it out but I think he must have missed it because the spot was still there. Other than that I was happy with the way the carpets looked.

I felt that the cost was too high in comparison to others that I hsve had clean my carpet.

I did feel that Mike provided great professional service and had the answers to all of my questions and then provided some great suggestions. I would call Zerorez again if I could get Mike as my technician. It did take almost 24h for my carpets to completely dry though. Could it have been the 10 degree weather??

I have only used the carpet cleaning service and I like knowing that my carpets are clean with no soap film left behind to collect dirt. I also like the efficiency of the technicians.
