I was very pleased with the service. My carpets looks wonderful. Isaias was great he explained everything, making sure my questions were awnsered before he started. They took extra precautions around the corners to ensure they did not damage the walls. I would highly recommend Zerorez. In fact I already have! I will only use zerorez in the future.

Carpet smells clean, not like cleaning product and it feels soft, not stiff. Quick dry time, convenient appointment times, polite technicians.

My carpets are about 10 years old and looking "grey". Last year I had zerorez clean them and I couldn't believe the difference. They matched the non traffic areas again, and the stairs were so much nicer looking. I had you come in for a second cleaning, and the carpets look great! I know we won't have to replace them for awhile as long as they look this good.

That there is no soap residue left behind. Isais was great to work with.

I have three dogs so I wanted my carpets cleaned in a non-toxic way.

I would love to see "special" treatments not cost so muc! One price to clean your carpet right even if it is more than what other companies charge for there "basic" cleaning.

We were quoted one price when we scheduled the appointment and then the technician wanted to charge an additional $30. Also, we arranged our schedule to meet the scheduled time given to us, the the technician wanted to come an hour early. He pressed the issue and we had to be firm with him that we couldn't meet any earlier.

I really was impressed by the technician who provided the carpet cleaning. He went above and beyond what other companies offer and he did the little extras without being asked to.

I was fine with the service, however throughout the entire service I felt like I was in a sales meeting. I had to listen to all the pitches and see all the demos. I really just wanted the work done and knew what I wanted. I should have probably sent him away.

I called in on a $109 special and was told the associate would be able to negotiate the areas into the special. Why are stairs not considered an area? I also had a chair with very little upholstery and a foot rest that went with it also with very little upholstery. I was charged extra for the foot rest. I will request a different associate on my next visit. I ended up paying nearly 4 times the special price. Some of it I expected because I added runners and protectant.

My carpets look beautiful and they feel so soft! My little girl asked me last night, "Mom, why do the carpets feel so soft?" We can walk barefoot through the house and it feels so luxurious.

The carpet was just about dry when they were done and it does not feel coated with chemicals.

It works! Our technician was the most thorough and did the best job we've ever had! I'm very pleased and would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

we will only deal with First name removed at zero rez. the service from him was excellent and we will continue to use zerorez at our building as long as he is our technician. Any others come out and you will be turned away. we had one day with another tech and Im not impressed by the quality of work that was done by him. please be aware of how serious we are on this as a corporation. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received. There are only 2 complaints we have. A lot of water was left on the tile after the carpets were cleaned and we had to mop it up ourselves. They were careful to get it up when it was next to a wood floor, but not next to the tile and it was a lot of water. Also, the hoses they stretched across the lawn and into the house left burn marks on the lawn. In time that will go away, but it is really too bad the damage happened. As far as the carpets, they look great!
