How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had heard your advertised special of 3 areas for $79 on the radio for many months and was anxious to try your service. Though my carpets are clean, it cost me another $80 to add a 12 foot hall and 12 stairs. Unbelievable! $5.00 per stair? The technician told me he could remove the pet stains, but he tried to get another $100 added to the price to remove the pet odor! Luckily I declined, and sure enough there was no pet odor. I was very disappointed with the cost considering the time spent in cleaning my carpets. The technician was in my house for under an hour. It took him under 10 minutes to do all the stairs at the cost of $60. The carpets are clean which is the bottom line, and so far, I have not seen any stains return. Though your technician was nice and polite, he did not go the extra mile. I placed furniture sliders under the bed and dresser, and he told me he was not supposed to help move furniture due to liability. That just burned me since I am 61 years old and had no one to help me move it. He did end up helping a little anyway. I was not impressed with the price or the service. But my carpets are clean. I don't know if I would recommend Zerorez overall. To make things right you would need to refund about $40. I think the job was worth about $100 to $120. Name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was charged an extra $15 for the cleaning of a 8' X 4' landing. When I measured the other two areas that I had cleaned the total was far below the "3 areas of 200 sq ft or less" offer for the $79. $79 should have covered it. I feel like I was nickel and dimed. The cleaning itself seemed to be effective.

What could we do to improve?

I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning done. I have confidence I will be happy with it in the months to come. I had your company do my last cleaning about 1 1/2 years ago.

Something that would be helpful to me in the future is to be able to see the total service I am accumulating as the cleaning is done. I was in a bit of shock when the total was given me. The thing that seemed to surprise me was the cost of having the protectant put on. I had not anticipated that cost. If I had been aware of that cost as we were going along, I would probably not have chosen to have everything protected.

I had known ahead of time the cost of everything else. In the end, after I got the email showing the services I had received and the itemized breakdown, I asked to have the rugs that were going to taken to your special cleaning bath to be returned to me. That way I could reduce the cost a bit.

Perhaps in hindsight I will find the protectant was a great investment. But, I was not prepared for the price of it as well as I would like to have been. It would have been helpful to have been told how many areas I had, and what the total for protecting them all would be. I regret that I did not think before hand to ask the question in that way so that I would not have been surprised.

With our first service 1 1/2 years ago, we were given an itemized list of services on a paper statement, which I still have, and so I knew better what the charges were.

We wanted to have a protectant applied, and for some reason it wasn't. Not 100% sure where we went wrong - could have been on our side - but we just didn't get the desired outcome. To be clear, we think the cleaning result is great and the technician we use is helpful and professional.

I felt like your technician was constantly trying to upsale something to me and when I told him no thanks he wouldn't let it go! I probably spent a good 20 minutes listening to sales pitches. This is not what a want or need from my carpet cleaner. I can understand some recommendations but this was rediculous. On top of that, one of the carpets they cleaned still looks dingy. I did not have a good experience with Zerorez.

Workers were neatly dressed and very professional in communicating about the procedures and options of our cleaning job. We appreciated their care in doing a thorough job and leaving the house in order. The results: our carpets look refreshed, brighter, and are fresh and clean to the backing! How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpets look awesome, but customer service needs improvement. When I called on the phone and spoke to Daisy I was very specific with her on what I needed. She gave me a quote. After the carpets were done, the carpet cleaning tech quoted me a higher price. The tech would not work with me on the price and he told me that someone would call me on the same day to help me resolve my concern. Still no call from anyone :(

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Ist scheduled appointment was to arrive between 2-5, a three hour window. Tech called at 11:40 saying he was at my home ready to start. I was in SLC at the time originally going to arrive home at 1:00 ( an hour early for appointment). Instead I left work early and arrived home at 12:30. The tech said he had a job in Heber and would complete that and return in time for the scheduled appointmet. This was on a Saturday, I had move all funiture out of all areas to be cleaned and new funiture was being delivered on Monday. My wife and I had a wedding dinner at 7:30 the night of the appointment. The office called and said the tech would not make the appointment by 5:00. I told them if he could not make the appointment at 5:00 as originally agreed upon to cancel the appointment. We were left with all furniture moved out of the rooms and a garage full of delivered furniture on Monday morning. Zerorez did have a tech come out Monday morning and complete the job but we still had to move and assemble the new furniture ourselves on Tuesday after the carper dried. The delivery people could not return after the initial delivery.
If the original tech had called earlier I could have left work in time to arrive when he did. JUST SHOWING UP 21/2 HOURS EARLY IS UNACCEPTABLE!

You do a great job of cleaning - however, the last job I had you do was very frustraging in that the charges were more than I expected and I had to wait 2 hours longer than I was told you would be there. I waited out on the curb so that I could direct your truck to the right appartment in a condo complex and I was there for 2 hours even after calling to find out when you would come. That was very annoying.

So far we are happy with the way the carpet turned out. It is in a rental so we will have to see in a little while how it held up. We had you seal the grout and stained guard the carpet. We hope that it was worth the money. I liked Alfredo, he was nice, and informative,and seem efficient. At this point we would probably use you again.

When I called you back because of the stains re-occurring, the technician just kept saying that you did not warranty urine stains. Matt, my original technician never told me that the warranty did not cover this. So this guy would not re clean the areas. Also, when I originally got my bid, per phone, I was told that when the technician came out he would walk the area and re evaluate. I thought he would tell me i needed to do something different to get rid of my pet stains. He never suggested anything, I thought he would suggest another type of cleaning and he did not. You were supposed to be, the experts.

1. Confirm correct billing entity and address - I've used Zerorez three times in the last week, address wrong on all 3/3 times, billing entity wrong 2/3 times.
