From the start, a friendly, professional voice greatest me on the phone. I was scheduled with in the next two weeks, and could have been sooner if I would take an afternoon slot. The carpets look like new, even dog urine spot gone. A thorough and professional, friendly technician answered all questions too.

Ryan and Shawn were very professional, quick, and informative. They left booties for my husband and two sons, but miscounted and only left five booties. Other than that we received excellent service.

Nick was very helpful, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations.

Shawn came to my house and did a remarkable job at cleaning the carpets and getting most of the cat urine smell out. There was some residual smell Sunday and this morning but I figured that was all part of the process. He was thorough and took nothing for granted. He cleaned up after himself and all there was to do was enjoy my clean carpets.

The carpet to the office we vacated turned out better than it was when we moved in to it. The carpet cleaning person we had was very professional and friendly.
