Both service reps were professional and knowledgeable. They inspected the carpets and furniture prior to beginning the cleaning process and explained additional findings along the way. They were both friendly and seemed to be enjoyed their work. It was clear they took pride in the exceptional service they provided. I will ask for them when I schedule my next appt.
Our technician was great!
Our carpet was cleaner, softer, more original color, and smelled better after the carpet cleaning service.
The microfiber couch was also cleaner, nearly spotless, had better color and had tighter cover resulting in firmer seating. Unfortunately, lines were left in the cloth, but they may ease over time.
