I was concerned that the grout in my rentals tile floor would not come out since the tenants had hired a cleaning crew to clean it and it still was awful! My neighbors had just used Zerorez to clean their carpet and raved about them so I decided to give it a try.
The gentleman who did the work was wonderful. Friendly, concerned about my doubts, professional, and did a fabulous job. The tile floor has light color grout and it looks brand new now.

Very polite and efficient technician. Explained his plan and was in and out in an appropriate time. Carpets are wonderfully clean again and were dry in a very short time. This is my third cleaning with Zerorez and I’ll never use anyone else. I love that there are no soggy carpets, and NO soap residue to attract more dirt.

Jacob Brown arrived on time; he was/is professional & personable. He did a swell job cleaning my carpets. I'm happy not to have chemicals & soap used to clean. My carpets are soft and fluffy.

Nick, the tech who cleaned our carpet, was great! He was friendly, but professional. Carpet looked clean and refreshed when he finished. I was very impressed.
The technician, Jacob, assessed what we needed done and made appropriate recommendations. He effectively communicated what he would do and what we could realistically expect. Once agreed upon, he went to work and boy, did he work! The end result and the final charge for the service are exactly what he told us to expect. The carpet doesn't look new, he told us it wouldn't, but it looks and smells clean and fresh. A huge improvement! So nice to have done before we go into the holidays.

Very thorough job and well done. Carpet was a mess from the last tech I had in May and urine spots from our puppy returned as well as all the dirt he was suppose to have taken away. Ryan did a super job and worked so very hard. . Job was a bit costly, but if it holds up, very wortth it. If any of the spots return I will be calling you.
The technician was awesome. Informative, told what he was going to do, what was in the cleaner, showed me the difference after the first room was done. Professional, personable, wore a mask, quick and did a great job.

Your representative, Jake Brown, did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and my two upholstered chairs. He was polite, efficient, and thorough - I can’t imagine anybody doing a better job. And the fact that he wore his mask was much appreciated since I am sheltering in my home. It was nice not to have to ask him to do so.
