Sean, our technician was very helpful and worked really hard to get the pet stains out of the carpet. The representative I talked to on the phone was very helpful and able to get me scheduled very quickly. The online payment after the appointment was very easy. Our carpets look and smell great. I will be calling again in a year for another cleaning.

We loved the fact that you do not use soap. It dried within 4 hours or so. Great smell. The carpet looked beautiful and almost like new and it is almost 20 years old. Ryan was terrific and a pleasure to work with. He sets high standards when cleaning and explains everything to you in detail. Will never use another company.
