Very thorough job and well done. Carpet was a mess from the last tech I had in May and urine spots from our puppy returned as well as all the dirt he was suppose to have taken away. Ryan did a super job and worked so very hard. . Job was a bit costly, but if it holds up, very wortth it. If any of the spots return I will be calling you.

Your representative, Jake Brown, did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and my two upholstered chairs. He was polite, efficient, and thorough - I can’t imagine anybody doing a better job. And the fact that he wore his mask was much appreciated since I am sheltering in my home. It was nice not to have to ask him to do so.

I am VERY sensitive to perfumes and chemical smells. The product used by Zerorez smells of the natural oranges from which it is rendered. My carpets and couch smell clean with no artificial scent or perfumes. The orange smell disappeared after it was dry. Carpet is soft and looks like new. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful.
This was the second time I have used Zerorez. I will again when it is time to clean them again!

The technician, Jacob, assessed what we needed done and made appropriate recommendations. He effectively communicated what he would do and what we could realistically expect. Once agreed upon, he went to work and boy, did he work! The end result and the final charge for the service are exactly what he told us to expect. The carpet doesn't look new, he told us it wouldn't, but it looks and smells clean and fresh. A huge improvement! So nice to have done before we go into the holidays.
