Ryan, the technician, was very kind and informative, as this was my first time using a cleaning company. He took the time to explain the process, supplies and time-frames. He even called prior to arriving, which I appreciated as it gave me time to put my dog up before he arrived. My only issue was that I did not receive a time confirmation call 24-48hrs prior to my appointment as the email informed me, but Ryan was still here right on time. My carpet looks and smells great now!
Best carpet cleaning I’ve ever experienced! I’ve had my carpet cleaned dozens of times and have never seen my carpet so clean!! And it was dry 3 times sooner than any company. It was more expensive.. but well worth it!
