I randomly selected ZeroRez to clean two rooms in a one-bedroom Condo prior to a new Tenant moving in.

Sean was the person who did the job. Sean was professional, polite, friendly and very informative. He explained how ZeroRez is different (better, I suppose) than other carpet-cleaning systems.

I was not at the Condo when Sean cleaned the carpets. However, Sean took four "before" photos, and four "after" photos. Even just looking at the photos it is clear to see the big improvement. And I appreciated having the photos for business purposes.

Jacob, the technican , who cleaned my rug was delightful. However, my rug was so dirty, it didn't come as clean as I'd hoped. Perhaps he can come back and touch up a few places in my living room? tThe bedroom and the hall are fine.
