I have used Zerorez several times over the past few years. Every time I have really great service! They do a really good job on my carpets. This time Sean came and he was great! He really knows and understands his business. My dog had an accident and he took care of it. My carpets look and feel clean. Sean is a great guy. I would have him back any day. Nick didn't come this time but he is also a great technician and person. I highly recommend them both!

My carpets have been cleaned previously by other companies and this is by far the best carpet cleaning we've had. We have pets and kids and the carpets came so clean!!! And they were dry by the time I got home. The rep was on time, checked in with me about an hour prior and then gave me the update and a follow up call after! I'd highly recommend!!!!

Carpets are not soggy wet. No lingering odor. Carpets come out spotless and look like new. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They know how to treat the removal of different types of stains.

I have used Zerorez for years and had issues with one of the technicians a few years ago (very aggressive with up selling the Scotchguard or protect-ant) and had a major attitude when I said no thank you.
