Clean and thorough service

This is the third time I’ve used zero Rez, and I have been so satisfied each time that they have a customer for life. The service technicians have been friendly, courteous, and professional… And they’ve all done a great job.

This technician was outstanding. He did a great job and he was very polite and he was very professional.

I love how Zerorez products do not carry any unpleasant odors, how it cleans so deeply, how fast it dries, and how refreshed and new the carpet looks afterward. And this is decades old carpet, so that is saying something!

All of it.

Workers arrived on time. Carpet and chair look very good. They finished in just a little more than one hour. I'm happy with Zerorez.

Fast good work and you don’t rush the job.

Zerorez has always been my carpet cleaning choice. My folks used them, with great results, so why go anywhere else? The technicians are prompt, respectful, and do a great job on my carpets. They explain the process and their product and offer solutions for pet “accidents” as needed.

I will always choose Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs!!

Zerorez did a quality job of cleaning my carpets. They were easy to communicate with, arrived on time, answered all my questions and were very professional from start to finish-this includes the initial call to make the arrangements and subsequent calls for questions. The carpets dried fairly quickly.

I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet’s needs.
