The team from Zerorez showed up on time, were courteous, dressed professionally, and got right to work cleaning the carpet. They explained some spots in the carpet and potential cleaning limitations. They did suggest that I add a pretreatment to my order, and didn't push any further when I declined that option (which I appreciated). The carpets turned out great, and the team wiped down the hallway to ensure no water was left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Will use Zerorez again!

Over time I have experienced several differing carpet cleaning companies. At best, some of them were OK while others were much less. A few years ago I came across a Zerorez ad that caught my attention so I took the appointment. I remember being very impressed with the outcome. Since then I have continued to hire Zerorez several times, about every six months. Even though the technicians very the quality of their work has been continuously excellent. They are all very well trained, personable, and willing to answer questions. Also. they're never in a hurry to leave. The quality of their work is top notch.
