This was my second time using Zerorez. And I have to say that this is the best company I have ever used for my carpet cleaning! The employees are professional and courteous. The carpet looks great, smells great and feels great! And the stains? What stains? They were gone!

I have been using the service for many years and have been satisfied. It is good that the carpet was less damp this time after cleaning. This is an improvement on service I was already basically satisfied with, so that is favorable.

The service was very good. What wasn't good is I was qutoed $231 on the phone and then charged $331 when the technician was there. He said our living room counted as two rooms. We have used you several times and it has never been counted as two rooms. That was very disappointing.
