We have animals and thought we had only a couple of spots in our carpet that our cats used as their litter box only to be pointed out by our Zero Rez technician and his black lite that those couple of spots were more like a dozen. He pretreated the spots,then used an agitator and finished with the Zero Rez method.
Our carpet smells fresh and look like new again. I will only use Zero Rez in the future.

Sean took his time to explain the service and our carpets haven't looked this good in years! We had several of pet stains and he completely removed them along with the smell. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past but I must say the ZEROREZ has been the best.

They are environmentally safe. Carpet drying is much quicker than other types of carpet cleaning. Staff are very professional, friendly, prompt, courteous, informative and take care to protect home while servicing.

Thank you for cleaning my carpet, however some nasty spots have returned. Am wondering if we can do anything about them or because of the age of the carpet do we just have to live with them??

I love how clean the carpets get and how fast they dry.

The only downside I would say is that when an employee comes to somebody's house, they should put their shoe covers on at the front door and take their shoe covers off every time they go out of the house and then put them back on when they come in. It's all for nothing to put shoe covers on in their truck and then traipse around the street, driveway or walkway, coming in-and-out of one's house without removing the shoe covers. If 0 Rez can just get their employees to grasp the whole purpose of shoe covers, that would be great!
