The tile cleaning was amazing! Very fast and professional service. The only part that I wish could be different is how wet the carpets are when complete. But, I know that is just part of the process especially if there are some trouble spots.

Dried quickly. No smell. Tech was very professional and seemed to really care about making sure our experience was positive.

I appreciate how informative Kevin, my technician, was. He showed us how our carpet was affected by other cleaning agents and processes that other cleaning companies use. What would we have been extra special, cherry on top scenario, would have been to inspect my rug with his light after the cleaning process to demonstrate how effective Zerorez’s cleaning process is compared to other cleaning companies.

I liked the fact that no soaps were used. In the past to much soap caused dirt and grime to stick to the fibers and they matted down quicker. I have a thick wool rug and it was dry in 3 or 4 hours. In the past it would take until the next day before I could move the furniture back.

When I was making my appt. I talked to someone named Rose She was ACTUALLY able to answer questions about the service. Asked what my rug was made of, when I said wool she said it made a difference in what they used to clean it with.

I especially liked my technician Nicholas Powell. He double checked the tag on my area rug to be sure it was all wool. Told me on wool rugs the cleaning pattern should all go one way. He went back to the far side each time to pull the cleaner in the same direction. This is the first company that said they cleaned wool rugs a little differently. Cleaned up the laminate floor all around the rug when he was done. The others left a big mess.
