The efficiency and the quality of work

The tech texted me when he was on the way. He was courteous and respectful of our house. and did a good job.

Terrance was a great technician. He reviewed the service and options with clarity. I had a wool rug that needed cleaning. He ran into some issues with his standard process but shifted to other tools and treatments and did a good job. I’m not sure if ZeroRez is adequately equipped for wool rugs cause I’d say it was about 90% better given Terrance gave 110%.

Everyone Ive had contact with has been responsive, polite, and knew what they were doing. My service tech did a great job and kinda walked me through the process.
