Had my wool carpet cleaned by Zerorez earlier this week. Also had our dryer vent cleaned out by a different technician. Both were on time, thorough in their explanations, polite, and did a nice job. A bit pricey on the vent cleaning but it brings peace of mind. Even got a couple helpful tips for up keep in the future. Costs for cleaning wool carpet is more expensive than nylon or blends but it's competively priced. Scheduling was easy and had all my questions/concerns addressed at that time.
I've used Zerorez in the past and will continue to work with them in the future.
