I think price is at a higher side. After carpet is cleaned it looks good but it's difficult to say how your carpet cleaning is different from others by looking at the result. Overall I am happy with the service

Courteous, thorough, great product
The technician did an excellent job but I do need him to come back and finish the rugs that go into the kitchen edge; they are still black with dirt. From the living and dining room views they can't be seen until you come into the kitchen and look at them. Thank you.

For one thing, I don't believe the tech had to tap into our water faucets. Tech was attentive to our questions and his work.
