The main reason we had the carpets cleaned was because the dog had peed in my daughter’s bedroom. So we went ahead and did the whole house. Unfortunately, her room smells worse than before. It’s as though the cleaning just brought it to the surface and spread it around. I’m not sure how that can be addressed?

I had a few dirty spots that I thought Zerorez could remove and unfortunately they did not. The technician worked pretty fast so I’m not sure if that is the Zerorez system, if the stains needed more pretreatment, or if they just aren’t able to be removed completely.
