The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no odor to the cleaning process.
which was important to me. The carpeting was not walked on for 24 hours. Some of the walkway paths did not come clean in the master bedroom. My area rugs look very nice. One small rug did not remove the grease stains.
Did not vacuum carpet prior to cleaning so the carpet still had wet animal hair in it.
Your service provider was quick and efficient. Our carpet and tile looks great.

We've liked the carpet cleaning we've had these past few years & that carpet dries fairly fast.
The products and service are excellent. Every time I contact Zerorez to clean the carpets at my house they come out looking brand new. The customer service is also a main factor to why I continue to use them, from booking your appointment to service you feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend.

Not what I expected from commercials or reviews. Carpets are slightly cleaner. No difference from if I rented a carpet cleaner. The same heavy traffic marks in the master bedroom is still there and so are the spots. Not worth the $315
They were very honest about what they could or not do and had a great special going and did a hall for a few bucks more they tried to remove a stain but couldn't and let me know before I can ask why thanks Zerorez for trying carpet looked great thanks Zerorex.
