The young man that came was very nice but didn’t wear booties coming in and it had been raining so there was a mess on the floor and he walked on the white carpet with the dirty shoes. The carpet cleaned has ripples and won’t lay flat now.

Your technician did the best job he could but we were a bit disappointed the grout didn’t come cleaner in the kitchen area, based on the conversation we had at the time we made the appointment. We were very happy the way the tile came out. We will probably use you again. Thank you.
The fact that there aren’t chemicals in their cleaning solution is one of the reasons why I continue to use Zerorez. Carpets are clean and don’t have that “crunchy” feeling after they dry. Zerorez always get those hard to clean spots out and techs are always very informative.

I specifically asked for the technician to check a pee spot that the seller's dog deposited the day before I was to move in. He was able to see the spot at the top of the stairs with his light...and was supposed to clean it better and even treat...but there was still excessive urine odor once he left. The edges of the stairs as well as baseboards are black and doesn't look like they were cleaned.

Hello! The service was done at my parents home in Maricopa, AZ, all seemed to be ok untill the carpet dried , there is a section that you can see the diffrence, clean/dirty.
The clean you get from Zerorez is like no other. The tile and grout are back to original color. The tile and grout were sealed. The floor is easier to keep clean.
