Several tile areas were not cleaned. The job was rushed and needs to be redone in part. I have pictures where the grout was not cleaned in multiple areas.

Our tech, Cody, did a great job. He took care to not chip tiles on our steps, as had been done twice before. He estimated the time to get the job done and actually finished earlier than his estimate. He was polite. We are happy with the job he did and will request him again. As a side note, when our tile edges were chipped previously, Zerorez sent someone out to remove and replace them, as we had spare tiles.
