My carpet came out cleaner than I anticipated and got rid of pet oder thankfully
Always professional, carpets dry quickly and aren't crispy, soft to walk on
I had my couch cleaned. The technician did only one side of the cushions, he did not turn them over and do the other side.
The technician did a ottoman, and he wanted to make sure it was in the same place when we used it. He dis not move it to clean the carpet underneath it.
I will not have these people back again.

Our couch and carpet came out great. Our tech was professional. When our dog had a reaction they came out right away and rinsed everything immediately. He is fine now too. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again.
You cleaned my area rug. It is white with a long pile so I wasn't expecting miracles. I couldn't tell how clean it was NOT until after it dried. It didn't really look like it was cleaned at all. Now that it has been a week, the places that I walk on the most are really attracting a lot of dirt and look even worse.

you could do much better at communicating. tell people first off that you DO NOT move any furniture, and that the rug may have some lumps in it until it drys, also your cleaning personal should always have a mask on when they are working in homes, last of all when I received my invoice by e-mail I noticed that someone had taken the liberty to sign my name to it?? NOT GOOD.
