We were very satisfied with the Zerorez results and have already recommend Zerorez to a neighbor. The young man who did our rooms was very professional and certainly competent in his expertise and work. The job was pleasant from start to finish.
Carpet looks fresh and clean. We try to use zero rez once a year to keep the carpet we put in a few years ago looking new.

Highly competent service technicians. They were on time and completed the job expeditiously. The carpets look great. Pricing for the service did not include the additional treatment charge which should have been discussed during the initial phone call when the appointment was setup by the customer service representative and not at the house by the service technician.

The people providing the service have always been professional and knowledgeable. They have always explained the process and helped me to understand and I appreciate it. The quality of work preformed is always great and this is why I am a repeat customer.

Well…. We honestly felt a little manipulated. First our technician said he couldn’t clean our bedroom cause it had too much animal urine. That’s the whole point we were getting our carpets cleaned…. He said it couldn’t be done without doubling our price for the more extensive cleaning and that he wouldn’t clean it for liability purposes. When we said we would have him skip the room cause double the price felt a little much, he asked us what we would be comfortable paying. We said $350, and he refused the offer, and then said… “well I guess I’ll just clean your carpets.” It left us wondering, “I thought you couldn’t clean the carpets for liability purposes.” It just felt a tad manipulative. I mean, I get up-selling…. But why tell us they couldn’t be cleaned to get us to buy the more expensive cleaning with a tactic that wasn’t entirely true, cause he ended up cleaning the carpets any way. And then, we paid to have our closet cleaned, and he never cleaned it either. The carpets look great, but we will probably be going with a different company next time
