The tech, Spencer, did a fabulous job!! The man needs a raise!!! thoughtful, courteous, and very through!!
The carpet is clean and bright with no hardening of the carpet fibers.
Ceasar was great. He explained everything. We are not happy that the cleaning is more noticeable. The traffic areas still show.. The dirt on the fringes is more noticeable as the clean parts got cleaner, dirty parts stayed the same.
The price they quote is the price they charge. No add one when they get to your house. Thanks.

Your tech Abraham was efficient courteous and went the extra mile. He checked our couch the care label to make sure he was cleaning it with the proper method. Some can be cleaned with water, and some only with solvent. We are so glad he checked. I would recommend is Zerotez to anyone wanting tile and grout cleaned and sealed.

Carpets were sopping wet 14 hours later. They look good & clean I just expected, based on your advertisement, to have way dryer carpets. Technician ROCKED tho!

My technician was very courteous and punctual. The problem was with the carpet. It was our master closet. It took 3.5 days to dry and had a bad odor while drying. It is now dry and is very hard and stiff.
Very Efficient!
I've been a long-time customer of Zerorez because they do a great job on my carpets and furniture. My rugs aren't crunchy when they dry and neither is my couch. My carpets and furniture look brand new and they are nearly 20 years old.
I've tried other companies but I always regret it and I always go back to Zerorez.

They came to do the cleaning on the day I called them which I didn’t expect. So that was very nice. The 2 guys who came to do the work were very good. Good 1st experience with this company. I’ll refer them and use them again myself when the time comes.

Higher cost than normal it seems
The technician was very outgoing and professional. We were not able to be on site do to living in a different city and he went above and beyond to show that the work was completed. After each room we received pictures and/or video showing how the rooms looked.
People are great and so is the product.
