We have used your service many times over the years and have been pretty satisficed. We absolutely love how our carpets came out this last time. Twice we had to have the tech redo our carpets because of stains not cleaned but the tech this cleaning did a phenomenal job.
No chemical use& & professional service people
The technician worked very hard to remove the terrible dirt and stains from the carpet and he did an excellent job.

I like the fact that the carpeting was clean and soft and dried in about 6 hours in our bedrooms (I had ceiling fans running to help with that), but the stairway was still damp the next day. Our technician finished the job around 11:30 am, so I was surprised the stairs were still damp.
We had a recliner cleaned also, and it looks like new.
