Timely, easy to schedule, reasonable charges for everything that was done. Super nice employee!
He was here when they said he would be & the individual who did our home was courteous and did what we wanted done. I've used Zerorez before and will use and refer them again.
The technician was very nice, called before and after to ensure I was happy with the services. The carpets looked very clean once completed and I will certainly be using Zerorez again in the future.
Very quick and professional. Worked with my schedule. Moved into new home and was impressed they have resources to see if animals have peed anywhere... master closet was awful, unknown to us. So very pleased they were able to identify and take care of troubled spots.
Cheap and works good
The Tech was very courteous, knew exactly what was expected, made some adaptations/suggestions and did excellent work in a time and respectful manner.

Given the price to have the tile cleaned, we really weren’t impressed with the results. The grout was still stained and it just looked like someone had mopped.

Stains remain on carpet. Tech said he would put foam blocks under 1 bed and he forgot.

Tim, our carpet cleaning guy was great. We bought a new house and was having all the carpets, two area rugs and floors cleaned. He ended up spending all day because of the job that had to be done (we ended up having him clean the showers also). Everything looked great. The only drawback that I have is that the drying time was more than I was told and when we moved in the next day some of the floors were still moist. Some for more than 24 hours. All in all, I will use Zerorez again.
Nicholas was terrific.. Arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed what he was doing, asked questions about our use and gave us options for added protective treatment where needed.

I love the faster dry time on the carpets and furniture and also that there aren't chemicals and soaps used so that our carpets get cleaner and stay cleaner.
Zerorez did not get the stains out of my carpet. The guy said he did but once it dried(6 hours later)they were still there. He also scratched my walls on the stairway. There is a perfect line above every stair where he ran the brush right against the wall!!! Now I have to paint my stairwell!!! Not happy!!!!
The technician was very friendly, polite, professional, and considerate. He made sure my dog didn’t get out, wore shoe covers and accommodated my request to have my office completed first, so I could go back to work. My carpets looks great!
I thought the cleaning would take up some of the areas that was the reason for the cleaning. I have used zerorez when we had white carpet and the job they did was amazing. This just didn't make our new ( brown ) carpet look any cleaner.
