ZeroRez always does such a nice job on our carpets, now our sofa, and their techs are always professional and courteous. I love using ZeroRez.
Do not take liberty to turn down AC, let alone leave it on lower than it was when you arrived without even communicating. If tech would have asked, I would have said 'Fan only' will circulate sufficiently. Stairs look like not even combed. Total cost is high considering only half the house was done. Call center vs techs not consistently trained - made appt w rep who adv since vacant tech will call when arrive, he didn't only automated text that said confirm well be home. Had to wait on hold in call center to confirm the tech would still go in and rep #2 also said I'd get a call to pay after. No call, just automatically charged the card without calling. Score isnt lower bc company did have quick availability and showed up, did the work.
Carpets feel amazing afterward. They aren't crunchy and are soft to walk on. We had our whole house done. And it took about 6 hours to dry. Our technician was great, friendly and professional.

We were mostly satisfied. The biggest problem we had was we had dark spots after he finished and he did go over them again and it did help. Our stairs still have dark spots on the round part of each stair. When we asked we were told that it was damage to the carpet. We took a rag after he left and went across the stairs and our rag was black. So it could have been cleaned better if addressed. I just think the problem areas should taken care of and not ignored. He was a really nice guy.

Great customer service! The scheduling process was easy, pricing was easy to follow and reasonable, communication from the company was great, and the technician that came out was fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and he knew his trade and took pride in his work. Plus no crunchy carpets :-)

Stains already coming back up through carpet within 24 hrs. Tech was rude and trying to overprice the job and stated previous tech that did job obviously did not measure right and that’s not his fault, no manager to talk to, only a customer service line which was not helpful and no follow up or follow through. Will not use this company again.
I really liked how the carpet was not soaked and took hrs to dry. Spencer the technician was on time and explained the whole process.
