Prior to call on you for service, I had used my longtime cleaner, whose equipment failed shortly after beginning the work. He had to leave.
When your tech arrived, I told him that the carpet had been sprayed, and there would be cleaner in the rug. He promptly stated he would do a wash before beginning.

We are very happy with the results; the carpet was not soaked (which I find annoying) and we walked on it safely after an hour.

I have his business card; we will definitely be calling for service next year.

Jesus, our technician, was very professional, listened to our needs and did a wonderful job, better than expected. Our carpet was pretty dirty and soiled and it almost looks new after Jesus worked his magic.

Did an excellent job cleaning our tile...the grout was filthy. Also the carpet in the family room came out nice and clean. Will definitely use again for whole house tile and carpet cleaning.

Cleaning process was great! Technician was able to get gum and other stains out of kids room. Carpets looked great!

Trey Stevenson was not only very friendly but he took pride in his work. And when you are getting you carpets cleaned you really hope they will look good after. He did the best job the carpets feel new again and stains are gone. I appreciate a company and Trey for not only making this a great experience but a job well done.
