Great product, highly professional techs.

There are areas that u can clearly see the outline showing clean area and old unclean area especially around the baseboards. Grout looks clean and back to original color yet other areas looks the same.

I’m pretty upset with the results of this time. I’ve used zerorez three times and have always been please but this time after the technician was “finished” I asked for white rag and then literally wiped up gray dirt puddles of water on my tile floors.

I did this for 4 spots and pointed out multiple others. He went over the area again and after he left I have found again multiple areas where you can clearly see we’re missed. You can actually see the “stoked” of the machine where the tile was cleaned and areas where it wasn’t.

I took multiple pictures to show you but dont see where I can upload them. I’m really disappointed and the kitchen area needs to be re cleaned. I was in my hands and knees scrubbing areas to see if it were stained our something and these spots came up and then I thought to myself what am I doing…I just $260 for this to be cleaned

I had 3 rooms of carpet, a hallway and a staircase cleaned. I also had tile in a bathroom, hallway, laundry room, family room and kitchen/dining room cleaned and sealed. I was told it was a 5-6 hour job. It only took about 2 hours which seemed to be a pretty great thing. However, when my carpet dried, it does look better, but it was very crunchy and hard. I was told that one of the great things about zerorez is that it leaves no crunchy residue. Which leads me to believe that in the haste to get through my job quickly the carpets were not cleaned very thoroughly. There were places where it looked like they may not have been cleaned at all because there were no “tracks” from the cleaner left in the carpet like in other areas. The tile came out pretty good, there were a couple of spots that I was told cannot be removed from the tile which was unfortunate, but the carpets left me feeling like they weren’t overly clean and just rushed through. I spent almost $700 to get my floors cleaned and I feel like they’re only half clean. Doesn’t feel like a good use of $700. I feel like I could’ve rented a carpet cleaner and done it myself and gotten a similar result for under $100

Friendly employees with quality work.

Lage Dreyer was the young man who came out and did the actual work and he was amand interesting. interesting. He explained everything before he go started, we agreed on the price and away he went. He did a beautiful job. My carpet is actually light and "fluffy". Dried in no time! I will definitely recommend Zerorez and will call them again when I'm ready for another cleaning! Thanks Zerorez and Lage!!

Every time a Zerorez tech has cleaned my carpets they acomplish their cleaning duties professionally, carefully and quickly. Always I am asked if there is a problem area or areas that have a stain. If there is a stain it is pretreated and cleaned and/or removed during the cleaning process.

Rob McKinnon was polite and explained everything he was doing. He told what the next step would have to be if the stains rose up in the carpetting. Very thorough
