The technician was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried three of the spots he just treated are still quite noticeable.

I love the technician that came out and cleaned our office carpet, he removed most of the stains in the office. He was very honest about how he might ruin our area rugs in the office, due to the materials it was made out. We also appreciate the on time service and clean up after words.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my carpet cleaning experience with Zerorez. The carpets and sofa look better than I had even hoped! Gavyn did a great job, answered my questions about the process, was pleasant to talk to, and took great care to get the best outcome. We have used zerorez several times at home and business. We like that it leaves no residue behind and we are always very impressed with the technicians that cone. Always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Spencer H came this last time and if I could give him a rating of a 20 I would. He explained so much to me as well as gave me tips on what to use for future pet stains, snell and what to do to keep my carpets snd sofas clean. Thank you Spencer snd ZEROREZ.

It cleaned the carpet that I didn't think could get a clean as it did. Person who performed the service was nice, professionally, personable, didn't try to sell me on other things. Arrived in the window time I was quoted.
Brush pro machine was broken and not used on my carpet. Make sure equipment needed to do the job correct is in working order. Carpet Tech was very professional but unable to manually agitate the carpet. Still had stains and pet hair that was not removed.
We still have spots on our carpet after paying for the topical treatment and spot treatment for each one. It felt very overpriced and under delivered. Very disappointed.
When a customer signs up for service online, a company representative should follow up to confirm service order. I wanted carpet and tile cleaned. I moved all the furniture for my tile spaces to be cleaned along with the carpet areas. Only to find out that the technician could not clean my tile because it was Saltillo. I was so disappointed. Somehow, I did not see the fine print online. My carpet looks good, and the technician did a good job.

Technician did not wear booties. I had my home professionally cleaned just hours prior to his arrival. He tracked wet rubber shoe marks all over my floors, left puddles of dirty water in all the traffic areas he dragged his hoses through
He did not use any corner protection, he changed a thermostat without consulting me and my system requires all thermostats be within two degrees of each other- he set one at 66 when the others are set at 78. He also knocked a closet rod off in my master bedroom, never said a word and I couldn't get it back in the brackets. Is that enough to explain my unhappiness? I was on my hands a knees after he left cleaning the floor I'd just paid to have cleaned three hours prior.
