The office called to see if the tech could come early, and the tech arrived at the updated time we agreed to. The carpets were cleaned quickly and we were provided foot coverings in case we needed to go into the rooms while the carpet was drying. Speaking of drying, we were advised of a 4-6 hour drive timeand by the time 4 hours passed the floors were ready to walk on.
No stink and we had nice soft carpets once again!

Our service guy cut a hole in our couch after he took a sample of the type of fabric to make sure it wasn’t cotton. Very unfortunate. Super high quality work but sad to see that that happen.

Excellent on time and very professional
This is the second time I have used Zerorez because of how clean the carpets turn out. My carpet is 15 years old and of all the other carpet cleaning services I've used, including myself, Zerorez comes out the best.
Had two recliners cleaned and loved the results. Very easy to make appointment on-line. Technicians arrived on time and explained the whole procedure to us. Will definitely hire again.

Ramone was absolutely fantastic! He did a wonderful job cleaning our area rugs, carpeting, tile and sofa. We will request him for next year. He was on time and worked very hard to get everything clean.
The tech did a very good job cleaning the carpets and spotting for pet stains. What I didn't like is the additional unknown costs until after the tech had arrived. Additional $150 for pet stains and $25 to clean small walk in primary closet.
