Jen did carpet and tile on 7/23. She was outstanding. I appreciated the fact that upon arrival put booties on so not to track in dirt and immediately placed protection on corner walls so cords would not scrape. Treated my home as she would her own and took the time to explain what she was doing. The carpet and tile look great. She takes pride in her job and it shows.

We have been using Zerorez for over 10 years for our home tile grout cleaning. Always a great job. So we tried our office carpets this time. No disappointment here. The office carpets were extremely dirty from our technicians tracking in warehouse floor grime (oil, forklift tire dust, and dirt in general). The carpets look practically new again! The fact that the carpets don't have any soap residue, my carpets will stay looking new again for years to come.
I was sold on the concept of "no residue" when I heard the first ad on the radio-- it works!

We originally had a 3 room service, They said we should do the other 2 rooms we agreed. Cleaning was good, then when it came time to pay i was asked to leave a TIP, never in my life have I been asked any service ask for a tip. It was a very awkward situation. My house was completely empty with no furniture to move, these guys had nothing to move to prepare
