Absolutely loved the service. I give props to the techs cause I know that they smelled the carpet many times to make sure that the pee smell was gone. I am so happy that my house no longer smells of pee!
The stains are out of the carpet and the carpet looks great! Prompt!!
The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was so nice and professional.
He explained everything and told me how long I needed to wait until I could walk on the carpet, but since I had the stairs done, I was going to need to use them before 4 hours was up so he gave me a pair of booties I could put on.
My carpet was very clean and did not take long to dry. Scheduling was easy and was able to get a convenient appointment.
I was really happy with the associate who came to clean the carpets. Michael A. was very professional, courteous, and explained the process. The carpets look great after he left. However, once the carpet dried (in one room particularly), it left a horrible water mark. The high traffic area that he worked on (and got more wet) did not dry well.
Also, the carpet is still "crunchy" after drying. Per the ads, this is an indication of using chemical on the carpet. Michael explained that he sprays a "lifter" on the carpet just before he uses the hot water to clean it. It helps bring the dirt to the surface. Not sure if this is the reason for the crunchiness.

Charge the amount that was quoted . Don't use the excuse that "it's humid outside" and that's why the topical treatment might not work . Then why do the treatment ?

The service we get is A+. Technician keeps us informed on day and arrival time. Very friendly, goes over cleaning process before starting the cleaning process. Rugs are cleaned and looking fabulous within a reasonable amount of time.
My appointment for cleaning window was 4 to 6 and I was called at 230 so the tech could come early. I received calls from 2 different numbers and multiple voice mails. Once I got here the tech was impatient and we felt rushed when it wasn't even our apt time. Tech was sitting out side of my house for hours before we got home. Little disappointed
On time, friendly, walked through work to be completed. Excellent job!
