The guys were very honest and polite, carpets seem to look a little better
The scheduling was very easy. The technician arrived right on time and did a very professional job on my carpet. He paid attention to my concerns and addressed all of the issues. I am very satisfied with this cleaning.
We would highly recommend Zerorez! This is our first experience with this company. Our service person (Austin) was excellent. He was on time, courteous, informative, professional and our carpets looked brand new when he was finished!

Your techs are very friendly and capable. Unfortunately after the second attempt at cleaning, the stains are still there and there is a different odor. Assume it's a problem that can't be resolved.

I liked that a bad stain in my carpet was extracted. The team member was very knowledgeable about his job and he gave me several tips on cleaning stains.

Clean and quick.
The floor was very left very wet. I guess I expected the tech’s would vacuum the excess water. When the floor dried, there were visible water spots. The senior technician seemed knowledgeable however he had to give his assistant simple instructions.
