Clean the first time!
Ability to get stains out and fast
My carpet I got very damaged, from an accident from my pet. ZeroRez completely saved the day and the staff was awesome, and my carpet looks brand-new. Smells awesome and it’s so clean and soft. Thank you ZeroRez! I’ll be back!

Carpets are clean as clean can be. Associate Zerores associate to care of our home as if it was his own. There really is very little residual moisture left behind.

The coffee stain we had you come out for is still a bit noticeable. We like your staff overall and your promptness but a bit disappointed in final result. Unfortunately we will not be available until the last week of July.

Reliable and consistent
This is at least the 6th time ZEROREZ has cleaned my carpets. It seems that each time the service is better that the last. That is a conflicting statement as the service has always been good to very good from the first. Somehow it keeps getting better. Jesus was the most recent service member who cleaned my carpets. He was on time, very cordial while being professional asked about any problem areas or stains he should be made aware of before he started to clean. He cleaned effectively, thoroughly and efficiently. He performed his cleaning with no wasted motions. He was very respectful of his cleaning hoses marring wall corners as he moved them from room to room. I will defiantly ask for Jesus the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

Quick, thorough, and efficient
I really liked how clean my carpet ended up being. I like how Uriel did the work, he didn’t short cut anything. He is a true professional. It was a true pleasure have him in my home. He was very nice to talk to he didn’t stop working while we talked. From 8am to almost 5pm he never stopped doing his job. He is an outstanding worker, a credit to your company and worth his weight in gold. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He explained everything he was doing and what all the products were and how they worked. If I ever need carpets cleaned again I will call Zerorez because of Uriel and he will the individual I will have do the work. He definitely deserves to receive a raise! I’m not much of a review writer. But I have been looking forward to the opportunity to write this review. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone I know that is planning to have their carpets cleaned and I will tell them to request Uriel to be the one who cleans their carpet fo them. Thank you Uriel for doing such a fantastic job on my carpets. They turned amazing!!
No change in carpet,
Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians.
I like the fact that there is no soap used that would remain in the carpet.
Our tech was super friendly and helpful, however when cleaning/spraying the carper, he caused all the tie dye that was in the carpet to splatter and stain our baseboards and other parts of the carpet
The technician was professional, informative and my carpets look amazing! They are so soft and the high traffic areas are no longer dingy looking! I will have them come out again!
