ZeroRez was incredibly disappointing. I was quoted a service fee that included everything minus a pantry cleaning (+25) and was somehow charged $130 more and when I called for clarification for the extra charges, a man named Charles stated they don’t save quotes so there is no way to contest and compare the quote vs invoice - there is no protection for the customer. Charles said a manager will contact me and I’m still waiting for that call. We just moved into our home and decided to get the stone/carpets cleaned and they sent a young technician (16 -17 years maybe) and he cleaned the stone/carpet very fast and did not seem to take his time. I will not obtain ZR services for future service needs.

I had a little strip... tack down needed where carpet transitions to bathroom. My landlord said carpet cleaners can do it it only takes a second to do. I asked if he could do it and was told he only cleans carpets. Didn’t want to see it or anything. Each walk in closet was 25.00 so passed on those. The entire condo is less than 900 sq feet. 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room tile. I felt it was pricey. For the small areas.

We have used your services alone since we found your firm. We love the whole concept of no residue and appreciate your timely service. Our serviceman was very clear and professional. We will continue to use your services in the future and appreciate the good work. This time however the high traffic area in our master bedroom could use a bit more attention and there are a couple of spots as well that are still there. I would like to see if we can get that area redone. Let me know if possible. thanks

The service is great! The price is high. The price of everything is high these days. I paid over $200 for one bedroom, small hallway and stairs.
First of all I am still waiting for my paid invoice. Second, the dirty spots have all bleed through so that you would not really know that we had the carpet cleaned. Please just send my invoice.

I called because of a stained tile floor in our kitchen. My wife started cleaning it by using green Brillo pad . Witch was hard to do . That when I recommended calling zero rez . Tech that came to our house was very friendly and professional. But at the end of the day he was unable to remove stain I don’t know if it was lack of experience or the right equipment Needless to say my wife was not a happy camper 😳. And she decided to go back to green Brillo pad and soap, got on her knees and a hour later stain was removed. So I’m sorry to say I would not be using nor recommending zerorez Anymore ..
