I love the clean fresh look of the carpet after using your product. I never call anyone else. I try to request Jeff Klaus because he seems to take extra care to do a good job. He has high standards and recognizes if the rug could be cleaner. He goes to his truck and comes back with another product to get the job done.
Our carpets look much better. Your technician was very good, texted his approximate arrival time & did a nice job.
I like that with zero residue, the carpets are safe for children to play on.
Very pleased with the cleanliness of our tile and grout and the Zerorez process. Making the appointment and the timeliness and communication of our service pro was excellent. Best part was how Cody worked through two pressure line failures to get the job done on time and how the office supported him with delivery of a replacement part pronto. I'm calling Zerorez again when we need service and requesting Cody!
Everything looks great after and didn’t take very long to dry. There were a couple pet spots that are completely gone now and even the older nail polish stain looks even lighter than before. Best of all, the carpet has no scent whatsoever which is hard to do with 4 dogs and a toddler!
The technician was wonderful in explaining the process and ensuring our needs and wants were met.
This was my third time using Zerorez and they never disappoint. My tech Nathan Knight was awesome. He was professional, prompt and he allowed me to look over each room after he cleaned them to make sure the cleaning was to my liking. Zerorez once again exceeded my expectations. I most definitely will recommend and use them again in the future.

The electrostatic cleaning water is amazing! I've been a water treatment engineer since the 1980s. The cleaning effectiveness is super. The wetness of the carpets is dramatically less than compared to conventional operations. Staff are friendly. This is a well-run business.

It actually cleans the carpet. I have had serves that only appear as clean.
Also the service is second to none they have amazing techs each time I have had someone come to clean my carpet. Simply amazing. I highly recommend Ramon he does a wonderful job!

On time good job
The service was fine , the issue i, before the technician started. I specifically asked him if his truck leaked oil because I did not want him parking on my driveway pavers and leaking oil. I suggested that I could get him a dropcloth. He said oh no, no problem. My truck doesn’t leak oil. Well, the truck didn’t leak oil but the machinery he was using leaked gear oil on the driveway. This is from his own admission. He was not going to admit it, until I saw the leaked oil. Now I have a couple pavers I have to replace.

The service person was early which I really appreciated and he did a good job.
Our technician that did our carpet was polite, efficient and thorough. Our carpets looked great afterwards! I would recommend the service to friends and family for sure. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating was because I had a different tech show up 4 hours earlier than our scheduled time slot and I have 2 small children and was not prepared for someone to ring my doorbell. After I called and talked to someone about it they let me know that it was common practice to call and show up if they had another cancellation. I would suggest re-evaluating this method as it made me feel pressure to let someone come to my house earlier than expected.
While the technician stated he didn't have enough cleaner for my couch to clean it well I think this is unacceptable service. I scheduled for a couch cleaning and that it was the largest couch option available when booking, to be unprepared to provide that service does not reflect well. My couch was not cleaned well, it looked exactly the same as it did before I paid to have it cleaned. I will never recommend this company to friends or family since the service I paid for was not delivered.
We have been using Zerorez for many years. I like that my rugs and upholstery aren’t super wet after cleaning and there is no funky smell. The technicians are always professional and timely but most of all my rugs and upholstery always looks great when they are done. I’m sure I could find someone to do it for less money but, in my opinion, it is worth paying a little extra for.
