The gentleman did a good job and I like that it dried quickly like they said it would.

Young man went way too fast and did a lousy job. Several spots were not cleaned properly. Extremely disappointing since I had high hopes for this visit.

Spots are coming back in master, carpet does not look clean. I understand the carpet is worn out in dome areas, but the coffee stains should have come out.
My 24 year old carpet came out looking like it was new in 1999!

My technician (Jacob) was amazing, he cleaned numerous rugs and a large sofa. Everything came out fresh and really clean. I’m glad I got the rug protectant. They very next day, one of my dogs made a mess, but I was able to clean it up easily. Thank you!
